First off. This year the KEY differentiator, is creative (fancy way to say “tell good stories”). Your video does the targetting for you. So it’s more important than ever to create “creative” that emotes clearly with your customers.
How should you do that. Podcasts? Yes. Tiktoks? sure. Instagram? Linkedin? Definetly. The tricky bit isn’t understanding, oh these platforms exists, and there’s ads on them… Anyone can hit that boost button… Really not rocket science. It’s executing it. Using the right tool, the right ad and the right format, for the right objective.
An organic video on tiktok is designed differently than a Video Sales Letter funnel.
And they’re both pretty different to a TV ad. Luckily IT DOESN’T need to cost £150k and a big TV campaign to use video anymore. Depending on your business, you can get WAY more done spending just a couple of £ks on a dialed in VSL. (that’s what I did)

Hello. My name is Thor, I’m a Norwegian filmmaker and founder of Roast. 12 years ago I moved to the UK, without any money, resources or contacts. I started a Film Location “app” and it failed miserably.
